2 lb prime or choice beef roast

2 stalks celery

1 yellow onion

3 carrots

1 bell pepper

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp black pepper

2 pkg onion soup mix

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp steak sauce

1/2 cup tomato juice

1/2 cup water

Directions

Cut the beef into servings as you like.

Slice the onion into rings.

Peel the carrots, then dice into small squares.

Dice the celery stalks.

Thinly slice the bell pepper.

Throw the vegetables into the crockpot.

Mince the garlic, then sprinkle it over the beef along with black pepper and onion soup mix. Then put the beef in with the vegetables.

Mix the worcestershire and steak sauce together with the water and tomato juice. Then pour it over the beef.

Ideally, you’d want to turn the crockpot to high for 30 min or so to seal in the juices, but it’s fine to just start it on low and cook for 8 hours.

Sweet carrot pudding is a traditional dessert dish served in many Indian restaurants. While the idea of a vegetable like carrot being used as a base for a dessert might offset you at first thought, those who have tried this carrot pudding recipe will tell you otherwise. Carrot pudding is a deliciously sweet dessert with only a slight hint and aroma of carrot taste. Definitely palatable. Once you try it, you’ll understand why it works.

If you’ve ever tried a What’s Up Doc from Mother’s Market, it’s exactly the same deal. Carrots blended with delicious cream can turn what’s normally a plain vegetable taste into a delicious treat.

Manfood being Manfood, venture out to the fast-food establishment quite more often than admit. One of these quick dining experiences Manfood enjoy is local Kentucky Fried Chicken joint. As long as Manfood can remember since a wee cub, Manfood is always order the KFC coleslaw as a side since it so yummy. And sometime when Manfood is confined to abode, Manfood like to replicate same yummy KFC coleslaw with this recipe.

It may have surprising element like buttermilk and lemon juice, but trust Manfood, recipe taste just like real KFC coleslaw from real KFC drive-thru window delivered by real bumpy-face KFC employee, braces and all. It that similar. You try now.

Ingredients

Yield: 8 servings

8 cups (1 head) of finely chopped cabbage

1/4 cup finely shredded carrot

1/3′ cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup whole milk

1/4 cup buttermilk

2.5 tbsp lemon juice

1.5 tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix chopped cabbage and shredded carrots in a bowl.

In another bowl mix the sugar, mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper together. Use a wire whisk and whisk until the dressing is smooth. Optionally you can use a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the cabbage and carrot mix into the dressing, a handful at a time and mixing thoroughly in between. This makes sure the dressing is consistently spread otherwise it is hard to mix if you pour it all in at once.

Cover and chill in a refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
