Souped Up Instant Noodle with Egg Recipe
Ingredients
Yield: 1 serving
- 1 cup instant noodle
- 1 egg
- 1 bouillon cube
- green onion (optional)
Directions
- Boil the bouillon cube in 1 cup of water
- As the water is boiling, finely chop some green onion.
- When the water boils, crack the egg right on top of the noodles, right into the cup.
- Pour the boiling water into the cup, seal the lid, and let it sit for 3 min.
- Open the cup and sprinkle in the green onion.
