Healthy Hummus Recipe
Ingredients

- 20 oz can chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans)
- 1/3 cup tahini (also known as sesame paste)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions
- Drain the chickpeas and give it a rinse.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor and set to puree.
